Strength Training exercise - Leg extension

Starting position:

Sit in the machine with your legs behind the ankle pad and grab the handles placed on the side. Make sure not to put your legs too high.

Performance:

Curl your legs up from the starting position until your legs are fully stretched, return to starting position and repeat the exercise.

To keep in mind:

Using too heavy weights while performing leg extension results often into swinging movements and letting the weight down without resisting them. Choose lighter weights and perform the exercise right.
